Refund Policy

Returns

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned to the location marked on the packing slip, this can vary by item and by order due to multiple suppliers. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Returns made outside of this window are considered void and will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund following these requirements will be for the item itself and is exclusive of shipping paid. No exchanges can be given.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you item has arrived damaged, broken or faulty, then photographic evidence must be provided and we will submit a case to the supplier. If this is successful, you will be resent a replacement free of charge. If this is not successful, and the damage is deemed to have taken place after delivery, then no refund or resend of the item will be considered, and standard Returns conditions apply.
